Much to my surprise, when two rep's came to my home to pick up some furniture I'd saved from my deceased uncle's home, I was told that it was all junk and no good. This furniture was as good as what I live with. Their complaint for the upholstered sofa--one pinky finger tipped hole in the rear corner of the upholstery, the solid and heavy entertainment center was based in particle board--though veneered and unscratched, and "no one" uses tube TVs anymore--flat screens only. Hmmm.
