Love this store! Had one bad experience there though, which still bothers me. Purchased item and paid for it, told I could pick it up later. Came back only to have them tell me that item I paid for was not for sale, clerk's mistake. That was not a problem at all, mistakes happen. But they refused to refund my money, only offered me store credit. I shop there often, but told them I wanted the money back, not the credit as a matter of fairness. They refused. I still shop there, but will never trust management again.
