Too expensive for stuff that is given to them for free. They do however help the homeless who live in the area. They will even wash clothes for them which is a nice service for the homeless. It is church affiliated. Most of the women are very kind but one is as nasty as can be. She appears to be the "boss" and boy is she bossy, even to customers! Something should be done about her.
One of my favorites in Wichita. Some items are a little higher but for the most part I find they are very reasonable. Very organized and staff is very helpful if you are looking for something specific. They also help the community in many ways. Not only selling donations but also giving to those in need.
A lot of old stuff, including clothing. Prices for clothing is too high but they do have sales on occasion. It is tied to the church next door so a lot of older folks donate clothing. They do have a lot of scrap material that is reasonably priced.
We love donating to this store. My late grandmother used to volunteer here and all the staff are really nice. They tend to stock a lot of antique pieces and I found a lot of maternity wear here unexpectedly. Worth a look!
I have been in many times, sometimes find a good bargain. But recently, some of the "collectible" items have had "antique store" prices on them. Serves needy in the area and at times have heard one volunteer in particular being downright hateful to customers! Please, BE KIND!!!!! Jesus would be.
Church run store. Selection is not so good. A lot of old lady clothes. Prices are good if you can find something you like. Racks are too crowded with clothes. Maybe have a sale and get it thinned out a bit so you can move clothes on the racks.
