Disabled American Veterans Thrift Store

I used to go here all the time when they first opened - it was neat, clean and well-organized, with good prices. I went the other day after not having gone in a few years and was appalled at how dirty and disorganized it was. Shoes are now thrown all over on a rack in the back. Bags and purses are in a heap on the shelves. And the prices are ridiculous on many items. I tried to stick mostly with the sale color tags for this reason.

Was expecting better based on reviews. All sales final. Big mess, very unorganized clothing, nothing in any order. Quality not the best, saw some clothes stained/with holes. Not sure how one can buy pants w/o fitting room with final sale. Lots to choose from but quality not great.

Store is very big and great prices. 25cent sale on sunday cant beat that. friendly staff

Very big, but not too clean or well organized. Usually have to wait in line to check out as there is normally only one cashier.

I thought the selection was great. I'm a "new to the game" thrift shopper and I think this was a good 1st experience. Great prices! No fitting room, but you can return. $.25 cent Sundays - cant beat em!

In my opinion this is the best thrift store. What a life saver! You can get 5 garment for $1 on Sundays.

I like shopping here, I wish they would get a dressing room but they do let you return items and the staff is great.

Would not let me purchase a track jacket because the pants were missing. Was willing to pay full 2 piece price. Employee claims he'd lose his job and that managent "listens in" on conversations at register. Won't go back.

If item is not priced the casher throws it in the bin without asking if you want to take it to the back to be priced.

This is a sad, sad place to shop. There is no imagination shown in the displays and forcing people to buy certain items in "bulk" is not pleasant.

I'm visiting from Florida and enjoyed the large variety of things. Dressing rooms????
