Good Samaritan of the Ozarks

Dark and disorganized. For the amount of donations they receive a real eye sore inside and out. Shopping is a difficult chore and selection is lacking but not because of lack of donations only because of lack of output and clearly marked well stocking and lighting

Where to start? They get ALOT of donations from the local military that are NICE. What isn't nice is the crabby lady at the front counter that wants first dibs on it all. Or the fact that I have seen her quote one price for a person and the next person gets a much higher price. Sad to say but it is TRUE. The pricing depends on WHO you are. I have seen this time and time again but nothing is ever done about it. This shouldn't be the workers personal store to pick from before the public gets it.

this is truly my favorite thrift store. The staff is very helpful (always) and willing to help if you have a financial need.

I am sorry but I had to rate this store as a 1 in customer service and pricing because there wasn't a 0 listing. There is one lady that works there on checkout that has a really bad attitude and prices the items at the register according to her mood and if she knows you or not. She is off on alternating Fridays and Saturdays. Do your self a favor and shop on these days. Good luck.
