Book/DVD/VHS/CD section was downsized. Often furniture is against the books, making it difficult/impossible to reach. Some clothing has stains or holes. Some toys have important missing pieces.

What is happening with the book section? Looks line you are downsizing that part of the store. Please don't do that. Keep stocking books please!
