Cluttered, Overpriced, and plain out dangerous. I've seen people hurt from over- stacking. Prices are bad. Things at $2 still had the dollar store sticker. But worst of all, the employees & management are the worst. Never felt more un-welcome. Never go here!
STICKER SHOCK! RIDICULOUS PRICES. A SINGLE PAN WAS PRICE AT 49.95. RETAILS FOR 24.95 AT WALMART. FOUND SEVERAL ITEMS THAT WERE PRICED HIGHER THAN NEW PRICE WITH ORIGINAL TAG STILL ATTACHED. VERY JUNKY ORGANIZATION. NOT A GOOD THRIFT STORE.
Prices are outrageous for donated goods. They need to restock shelves at night or after hours. I've been tempted to call the fire marshall with all the stuff in the aisles and they don't enforce kids stay with parents policy therefore there are toys all over the floor in the toy section. Someone is going to trip one day. NO customer service!
I would like to say that the management is the weak link of this business. Katrina is a sorry excuse for a manager, she sends her secretary to talk to the customers instead of confronting them face to face like an actual manager should. I have also seen her interacting with employees and she is rude and condescending; it is no wonder the cashiers always say how terrible the management is. Definitely will NOT be returning to this place..
Managers response to everything was I don't know. She wouldn't let us use an outlet to test something. No dressing room, found an old lady with her pants off changing clothes in the store. Everything is over priced. The owner needs to save this store! Us customers deserve respect!
The good: this place gets a lot of really nice clothing of great quality and the best brands. The bad: it's overpriced, the employees are among the rudest in the business, the owners must be wildy anal by the amount of signs they expect you to read, and there is no dressing room and no exchange policy.
Really nice selection of stuff, but prices are terrible. They basically look up the product and throw the highest price they can find on it, Especially VTG jewelry. I asked what happens with the Jewelry when they don't sell it, they said they scrap it.
The prices at this thrift are inconsistent. Some prices outrageously high while others are way low. Worth hunting thru but disappointed by high prices. If prices were lower they wouldn't have all the moveable racks blocking the aisles--things would sell faster and they wouldn't run out of room. Also, why do they want us to leave hangers on the racks? very strange to me....
I like this thrift store and usually find some great stuff everytime I go.You have to be willing to do some searching though it is worth it.I agree on some of the pricing issues though.I believe somethings are priced to high but most thrift store so this now since you can research anything online. Usually it is older hard to find items or major names But lots of these things go down in time if your willing to keep checking.Over all I recomment this thrift store.
I had a great time in this store. There was quite a bit to look at; many high end clothes and the prices were not THAT bad. It was pretty busy on a Saturday. There were some prices that were very out line, but the other bargains I got made up for it.
Interesting Items, and sometimes you can find something intriguing, however, the prices are terrible. If you find something you like, thats common or in fair demand, step outside and do a search on your phone of the item on eBay or Amazon.com. You'll find the price is At or +$1 Discount Internet Retail Price. And don't bother waiting for something to get marked down to a reasonable price. It will get marked down a little bit, but if no one buys it within a couple of weeks, they take it off the shelves (i.e. jewelry).
This place used to be really awesome, but in the past several months, their prices have gotten way off the charts. The last time I went in there, I saw a cookbook that was $14 -- all because it had Rachael Ray's stupid name on it. GIVE ME A BREAK. Clothes are the same way. I'm not paying $10 for a used sweater.
