I've had minor success finding items to purchase. The store is organized well. I like that items get marked down over time. This place makes millions of dollars a year and most of that is on items that were donated to them. Stop and think about their business model. They employ a roving band of hired thugs as loss prevention specialists. Watch for them, they're at pretty much every thrift store in town.

No fitting room and all sales are final. :(

Do not shop here, they do not care about the customer and ripped me off saying a ring was sterling when it was not, Refused to make it right. Was told, that is just how it is. Isabel is rude to customers as well as employees

Use to be a nice place to shop...the manager Isabell very unprofectional...she has her employee scared to say or do anything...sad for employees...need to get new manager kicking people out of her sore for no reason.

Why support a local business that doesn't at all support the people who work for them or their customers in any way?

The manager Isabel is a despicable person. She fired my granddaughter for attending court-ordered counseling. My granddaughter is trying so hard to do what is right and people like this scum bag Isabel are making that unnecessarily difficult. Not to mention the business could be in trouble for penalizing her for doing something court-ordered and likely has an obligation to accommodate.

Good selection and prices but the rudest manager I have ever met and, from my understanding, she's a terrible person. One employee recently failed to seek medical treatment for fear of losing his job if he needed to take even one day off and he ended up dying from what ailed him.

A horrible, horrible business that treats their employees and customers alike horribly.

Supervisors were rude and there's nowhere to try anything on.

First, no fitting rooms, no bathrooms and now mirrors that are so wavy, you can't see out of them. They don't care much for their customers.

Way cheaper than Goodwill and Sal. Army. Best store in Tucson.

I haven't been to this store in years. They USED to have fitting rooms and still do, obviously. It's not like the rooms disappeared... They just don't let you use them! I was given some lame excuse about people peeing in them! Really?! No kiddin'?! I don't know about now, but they used to have very good selection. However, I'll never set foot there again for this reason alone - they deliberately closed the fitting rooms! I used to find some great things in the past, but I'm not desperate. There are plenty of stores and this store does not deserve my business.

Great prices and brand name clothes

Prices can be a little steep, especially when they don't have fitting rooms, and have a no-return policy. All other thrifts in Tucson have fitting rooms...why not here?

Not my favorite thrift store, especially because of the lack of fitting room and staff. I found some really great dresses that I wanted to try on so I put them OVER my clothes as a sales associate just watched me like I was crazy! There housewares etc. is kind of a mess, but sometimes that can be a plus because you can really find some good stuff if you dig...

the marked down prices are great

There is no fitting room. I wouldn't pay the prices they ask without being able to verify fit.
