I LOVE St. Bart's Thrift Shop. My favorite thrift in Westchester. I have found the most expensive clothes for a few dollars. Besides the wonderful selection of clothing, the staff are so lovely. The camaraderie between volunteers and customers is worth a trip alone. I leave feeling happy and refreshed. It's truly so much fun. Be prepared to dig through nooks and crannies in this packed shop. I've been going to this little thrift shop since the 80s. They've always had nasty volunteers sadly outweighing the few nice ones. However pre-lockdown I always found gems, not anymore. When they reopened post lockdown they raised prices quite a bit making most things not worth it. They also did away with the discounts which I think will hurt them as I keep seeing the same things not moving. If it's not broke, why change it? I no longer go there often like I used to but when I do I find the same overpriced boring merchandise unlike before when there would always be fresh new things. I can deal with the nastiness by ignoring them, but I won't pay their high prices for outdated but not vintage garbage. Sad to say, but greed is how many of these once great thrift stores wind up shutting down. (Read More)

The prices are going up since Sally has been out of the managers position. Handbags, artwork, and some furniture, jewelry and collectibles overpriced. Not the bargain Mecca it once was. (Read More)
