I have never experienced such rude employees. The prices are through the roof, and I go to thrift stores all the time. I have never seen prices so ridiculous in any thrift store any where. It was terribly messy, and the furniture was absolute junk, but the prices were more than what I've seen in actual antique stores. We went in wanting to buy something and literally walked out empty handed after being berated because we asked about the price of a table that we thought was extremely high. Supposedly this is a christian organization, but you would not know it by the way the help acts and talks to customers and the prices are just laughable. I can go to Wal-Mart and buy it new for less. This store is HUGE! The inventory is organized and reasonably priced; especially their books. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is one of my "spots" to hit when thrifting in AL!! (Read More)

I really like the selection of items at SATS! The selection was nicely laid out and organized. Even though there was not a warm and fuzzy greeting upon entering the door the lady at the register was nice enough to work with me on the price of a couple of items that were missing pieces.
