I shop every Goodwill store I can find from Ohio to West Virginia and from Kentucky to Virginia and this has to be the rudest customer service experience I have ever had. I've noticed ruder Goodwill cashiers lately which is odd considering they used to be the friendliest, especially in WV. All the West Virginia Goodwill stores seem to be going downhill in cleanliness, selection, and customer service. (Read More)
