I work in a church based thrift store in Kentucky and was looking forward to check out some of the stores while visiting Olean. Sadly this was the most rude customer service I've seen. Only one out of the three or four people there was pleasant. Not sure if I came on an off day or what but at one point I wondered if there was going to be an argument solely based on a customer asking a hopeful question. Also, the place is apparently "cash only" which is handwritten on a sign taped onto the counter and slightly hidden behind other handwritten taped up signs. Decent stuff and fairly well organized but I was incredibly disappointed in the customer service and its a poor representation of the cause it stands for. (Read More)
