the customer service and kindness of the manager and certain clerks has gone done significantly in the last year. there have been 3 times in the last year when trying to buy and item that was clearly marked that the clerk has called the manager, who immediately remarked items to higher prices while at the register. i tend to buy vintage items, and each time these were vintage items, once was stained, one was broken, but it was cheap so i was going to buy it anyway...then they doubled the prices right in front of me and i said "nevermind". something weird is going on with them about vintage items. I've heard them complain about people buying htings to resell and it seems like that are super paranoid about this now. we went there to find button front shirts this week and found shirts that were normally marked 6.99 and under to be marked at 12.99. we used to love going to this store. the manager used to be really nice. The clerk used to be really nice. now the energy is different. and the store itself has gone down...it used to be very nice and clean...now it is looking dirty and run down...kinda sad... (Read More)

The store is pretty clean & well-organized, but a bit pricey (ex: used furnitures, microwave for $50). The clothes & shoes seem to be pretty reasonably priced, but I didn't have enough time to shop around. Large store with 1 guy who was very friendly to us. Live very close to this store and have been a frequent shopper. At times this has been a great location-clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Lately not so great.
