Although I support their mission I was disappointed in the pricing. I thought it seemed expensive. They had boxes of laminate flooring for $30 a box when I can buy nicer stuff at Costco with a coupon for less. It was ok but I thought the prices were high. I didn't buy anything. The people were nice though. (Read More)

They have many many broken items for sale. It would really improve the store to throw them out. Barbie type dolls are 3 in a bag for $3 - $5. But they never seem to have clothes for them. They have tons of Fisher Price toys but no pieces that go to them. They buy these items by the ton. (I asked.) Prices on books are high compared to Salvation Army's 5 for a $1. (Read More)

The following locations in Michigan that I have recently stopped shopping at are as follow's, I start with Clarkston on Sashabaugh Road, then adding White lake, Rochester, and Kego harbor. They all have the same thing in common... High prices . They have been going up and I assume they are responding to their popularity increasing over the years. I'm going to find other places to shop because of it. They must have forgotten the fact that every thing on their shelves was free. It also seams like they don't keep the shelves stocked the way they use to, I think they are shipping the god stuff to other locations to capitalize on certain items. The place is usually a mess Friday and Saturday mostly. Yes I understand they are busier on those days but it's not an excuse... Pick up the clothing off the floor. Please go back to stocking during the closed hours, I'm tired of clothing racks blocking the isle. Oh ya I use to spend quite a bit of money there. And by the way the bathrooms are always disgusting... Always. (Read More)

Overpriced - way overpriced on some items, filthy store but it doesn't smell anywhere as bad as the Salvation Army up the street from it, staff are usually in the back and you have to wait for a cashier to finally cash you out (Read More)

I mainly go for media items but their book area is poor and they raised the price on their VHS tapes sometime in the first half of 2017, so they are now the highest price Salvation Army in the area for those. Have not found much the last couple times I visited. Disappointing. (Read More)

I liked this store better when it was in their older building. Prices for what I want run high, so I rarely visit as I can find what I want elsewhere at more reasonable prices. (Read More)
