I visited this store for the first time on 1/21/15. I was pleasantly surprised with the order and cleanliness. When you enter through the front door, the layout and display designs remind me of a "hallmark" store. Everything is clean and fresh-looking, and the store is well-lit. The staff was friendly, but not pushy which was nice. The items were reasonably-priced, but slightly higher than somewhere like Salvation Army. But I feel like this is reasonable because they obviously take the time to put out quality items. I didn't see anything that was stained or looked "overly worn". Is more of a home improvements thrift store with plumbing fixtures, tiles, cabinet hardware, lighting, etc that is left over from Project Humanity builds, hardware store scratch and dent donations, reclaimed items from jobs site and private donations from individuals. Most of the "employees" are volunteers, but you would never guess it as they are very friendly and helpful. Always an adventure as you never know what you will find. (Read More)
Customer service is not their priority. Although I have a dependent military ID and spent all 20 years of my husband's military career with him, I could not get the military discount because he was not with me. They ruin clothes by price tag placement creating holes. Some clothes should have never been put out at any price. Skimpy shelves. (Read More)
This is one of the best Goodwill stores in the city & worth the drive from wherever you live. I can almost always find something here & the prices are normally reasonable. As with any thrift store, you have to LOOK for your treasure. There are definitely great bargains to be found. The staff is friendly & helpful. They have recently rearranged the floor plan & I wish they would put it back the way it was. (Read More)
I stop here if I happen to be on their side of town, but would not make a special trip to shop here. The store is not as clean as most of the Goodwills in the city. Staff is not very friendly. I have made purchases here, but never anything that I would make a special trip for. (Read More)
