This is a great charity shop -what a shame the last reviewer had a bad experience with a bug! Most likely a stink bug as I shop there once a week and notice that they are outside on the trees and bushes that surround the shop. Why not inform the volunteers about it? Again this is a charity shop with volunteers and many customers do not realize this so they like to inform them. I did notice that the last reviewer rated customer service as average even though they were not greeted to her liking. The prices are great and they have half off on books, silverware, artwork and other items this month.
