Great selection of salvaged building materials & fixtures including nice vintage items. Pricier than H4H, but a lot better selection. Bring a truck & extra hands. No loading help is offered. If you're looking for vintage items, this is your place. (Read More)
All of the local DC area Goodwill stores have improved over the past year. They are much nicer, more contemporary, btter customer service. This one still has a bit of an "old" feel to it, but the prices and service are good. (Read More)
Anything remotely collectible is grossly overpriced. An old IBM Typewriter? "Special Sale $165.95". An old radio? $150. An old Kirby? $100. I won't be stopping by again, because anything I might want is just priced way too high.I can get it on Ebay much cheaper. (Read More)
The customer service here is terrible. They roll their eyes at you when you ask for help looking at something in a locked cabinet or if something doesn't have a price. Also, they price stuff WAY TOO HIGH. This store is a joke. (Read More)
Horrible customer service. I bought 6 shirts off the rack, get up to cashier and they couldn't sell me 3 of the nicer shirts because they were supposed to be priced and in a different area. Waste my time. At least price them for me instead of losing another $20-30 in shirts. What a joke. (Read More)
I shop ALOT of GWs and thrift stores all over the country. The Easton MD GW is my home-town store and, while I look around it frequently, I rarely buy anything. The prices are almost twice as high as other GW stores (even Annapolis!). My main complaint is that the employees will shoot hang tags through the garment in such a way that leaves rips and holes. Most thrift stores shoot price tags through the inside garment tags, but not the Easton GW. They'll shoot a tag right through the front of leather jackets and brand new garments. Most of my friends are savvy yo this too so I know the Easton GW loses alot of business due to ruining clothing. (Read More)
This is a very busy shop, and their small parking lot can barely handle it. You may want to just park in the Wendy's next door and walk over. Pricing is hit or miss. If they somehow think something is valuable or collectible, then be prepared to see a hefty price tag. (Read More)

On a very busy Wednesday (25% off clothing) were only 2 cashiers and very long, slow lines - one for cash, other for credit/debit. Great friendly customer service! Workers cant load items into your car but will bring them to the door. (Read More)
The lady who was in the cashier was rude. it is my first time in the store so I bought a couple of items because the sign say buy 1 get 1 half off. When the cashier rung my items I told her that it is buy one get one half off. She became rude and shove my items to the side and yelled to me "play with your shoes first and figure it out!" It was so embarrassing because everybody looked at me. Out of my anger I went out off the store and did not buy anything. If she has been so nice I would have spend almost a $100 because there was a furniture that I want to buy also. NOT going back to this store again!!! There are other thrift stores that has a very nice customer service as well as prices. This store aside from RUDE customer service they are expensive! (Read More)
