I've been going to this little thrift shop since the 80s. They've always had nasty volunteers sadly outweighing the few nice ones. However pre-lockdown I always found gems, not anymore. When they reopened post lockdown they raised prices quite a bit making most things not worth it. They also did away with the discounts which I think will hurt them as I keep seeing the same things not moving. If it's not broke, why change it? I no longer go there often like I used to but when I do I find the same overpriced boring merchandise unlike before when there would always be fresh new things. I can deal with the nastiness by ignoring them, but I won't pay their high prices for outdated but not vintage garbage. Sad to say, but greed is how many of these once great thrift stores wind up shutting down. (Read More)

consigned items go missing and get stolen I guess and no reimbursement. The other issue I do not feel is right is that they might say they cannot consign something and would one like to donate it and then turn around and sell it on the floor as a donation sale?? Very odd. If they can sell it, it should have been consigned, right?! Also, a volunteer there made a judgmental comment when asked the price of something. She assumed the customer was not wealthy,or was poor, without truly knowing and stated " whatever the price is, it will be very expensive" in a manner and tone that insinuated the above. Tactless,but overall, the store makes a great effort to consign items at a good price yet it is 50/50 risk as items disappear. I feel they should offer store credit at least? (Read More)

Store has been going down hill over the past few years. The workers are being replaced by people that want to chat amongst themselves & rush you out.
