EXTREMELY expensive for a thrift shop. better off waiting for a Macy's sale and get new stuff. I always find a few nice items, but don't buy because of ridiculously high pricing for a 2nd hand store. (Read More)
I will definitely go back. The store is well organized and I found some good items in the household/bric-a-brac and toys sections. The Employees are friendly too. Fairly priced. (Read More)

Prices have jumped lately. They also don't mind selling defective merchandise to unsuspecting consumers. Forget the toy aisle - seems to be a child care center - very hazardous. Lousy parking if you're disabled. (Read More)
consigned items go missing and get stolen I guess and no reimbursement. The other issue I do not feel is right is that they might say they cannot consign something and would one like to donate it and then turn around and sell it on the floor as a donation sale?? Very odd. If they can sell it, it should have been consigned, right?! Also, a volunteer there made a judgmental comment when asked the price of something. She assumed the customer was not wealthy,or was poor, without truly knowing and stated " whatever the price is, it will be very expensive" in a manner and tone that insinuated the above. Tactless, but overall, the store makes a great effort to consign items at a good price yet it is 50/50 risk as items disappear. I feel they should offer store credit at least? (Read More)
It's hit or miss with the staff. They are either kind, attentive, and helpful OR too busy socializing and dismissive. The prices used to be great but now are not so reasonable. A used, older model of a kitchen appliance was $15. May not keep going back. (Read More)
In the past I have donated hundreds of dollars of clothing to this charity since I grew up in the area and I have always used the after hours clothes bin box. Today, they were Extremely RUDE!!!!! I called ahead to find out where I drop off clothes and bedding since they have two different stores. I was told to go to the 1st one, where they sell clothes. If I go during hours, bring the clothes into the store. If I go after hours than drop the clothes off at the bin. I went while the store was open. I had a box full of clothes and a child's comforter. They saw that I was struggling, yet they did not offer to help me. I asked where should I leave my donations and they were beyond rude and said outside. They didn't even hold the door for me! I was beyond appalled, and kept my donations. My mother always raised me to respect my elders so I left. These women are older, probably in their late 60's or 70's. I really wonder how they stay in business besides the after hour drop off box. Thank you for making the rest of my day salty. (Read More)
