consigned items go missing and get stolen I guess and no reimbursement. The other issue I do not feel is right is that they might say they cannot consign something and would one like to donate it and then turn around and sell it on the floor as a donation sale?? Very odd. If they can sell it, it should have been consigned, right?! Also, a volunteer there made a judgmental comment when asked the price of something. She assumed the customer was not wealthy,or was poor, without truly knowing and stated " whatever the price is, it will be very expensive" in a manner and tone that insinuated the above. Tactless,but overall, the store makes a great effort to consign items at a good price yet it is 50/50 risk as items disappear. I feel they should offer store credit at least? (Read More)
