I was leary about going here, but so glad I did. Bring gloves because you have to dig through the bins, but it is fun because you do not know what you will find. I found vintage books and high end men and ladies clothing. I will make this a definite stop when I am in the area again. A very friendly staff. (Read More)
prices too high, all better jewelry no longer sold in store, (WHY?) better to donate to church thrift stores to help local area and local people instead of top management. (Read More)

There is new personnel running the shop, terrible customer service and if I did not know better I will say they are pricing to put money in their pockets and donating little back to The church, very disappointing what is happening there. Do all RI Salvation Army stores smell like dirty feet and unwashed clothing? So far that's our experience. While this one wasn't as bad as the store in Newport, it still smelled and merchandise and shelves were dusty and grimy. Selection and pricing are good. Customer service was better than Newport. RI SA stores need to take a lesson from FL SA stores. At least dust from time to time and try to get rid of the odors. (Read More)
It would be great if they stuck to their general price scheme, but the ladies there know their stuff and when they find anything good they mark it waaaaaay up. $50 for a blazer at a thrift store? No thank you. (Read More)
Some stuff priced reasaonable, some not. Not sure how they figure their prices out. Also, can not walk down the aisle where the toys are as people shopping there think it is their personal baby sitter. Always a mess with kids and toys on the floor. (Read More)
There is so little merchandize there lately I asked if they were closing the store! Seems like they back up the truck and take most donations to other locations. Used to be good but not so much now. (Read More)
