I like this store. The employees who have been there long term are very friendly and helpful. I have found some fun treasures there. I like that SVA doesn't raise prices during the summer like SVD.

The employees are often rather rude and seem bothered when you ask for help. They are not kid friendly at all. The selection is great and the pricing isn't bad. I'm just not impressed by the hipster employees.

The employees are friendly and seem to be happier since the Major Ray's have been managing the store. The store has been updated and the prices have been lowered so low income families can afford to shop at the thrift store.
