Extremely HIGH prices!!! Stuff GIVEN to them for FREE. Ridiculously HIGh prices!!

The Goodwills in Tallahassee have shoddy merchandise and charge twice what they are worth. My favorite thing to do is spot things that still have the new prices on them and Goodwill often marks them three or four times what they went for new! But the worst is the Pensacola Street store. The customer service is rude, belligerent and indifferent to customers. Recently I petitioned the manager with a piece I found marked on the manufacturers website CLEARLY as a t-shirt (and is CLEARLY a t-shirt as all of the planet would recognize) but she was determined to tell me "that's not what Goodwill calls it (though no other one I have shopped in does)...we call it a short-sleeve blouse". I asked her if they call a giraffe an elephant and think it must be so. She was so self-righteous it only mattered that she was right. She personifies everything that is wrong with Goodwill. They are only in it for the money and customer service doesn't exist. If they are teaching real life lessons in order to employ people (other than their own stores) they better take some time to learn them.
