Yes I went to return a purse with ticket.and the manager was a .ss hole.he had the nerve to say how do i know that is our receipt.now the name on it an all.that has been 1 year ago.I want a sorry for that manger.I was a 2 to 3 days a week customer.I will not give them my money with a manger like that.rating I give them a 0000000.

Horrible to no customer service. Still had tags on clothing but misplaced receipt. Wanted to return or get store credit since they were a bit smaller for my liking. Spoke to manager Stephen Miller and he said he could not do anything and he was "just a worker" but that I could redonate it. What a joke. Would never go back. Sticki to goodwill or stores that actually care.
