I often shop and donate here because I see first hand the many people who are generously aided by the organization. Thank you for helping the homeless and outcast of our community.

Pricing is outrageous, not willing to help people that needs help. Customer service is rude, spoke with manager she is not pleasant. Employees are not helpful. Place is not organize, not clean. No toilet tissue in bathrooms, no towels to dry hands, no soap. Someone needs to review people working there , including board members including. president of organization.

Kind of a hidden, hole-in-the-wall place. No frills here, so be prepared to dig. A few good finds, and fair pricing, which is rare in Santa Fe. I like this place.
