This is my favorite thrift shop in the RVA area. Unlike Goodwill and Salvation Army, whose prices have increased lately, Diversity's are still almost flea-market low. It's a place where I can always find a "treasure," may it be clothes, shoes, furniture, household items or luggage, at an incredible price. Item quality ranges from junk to very new &/or well kept.I've found vintage items in very good shape there. You have to dig, and it is not what you'd call clean, so carry hand sanitizer, and dress for the attic, not the board room! There are fitting rooms and a restroom, and the staff, all volunteers, are very nice.

A great place for furniture and household goods. Not so much, in my experience, for clothing. Nice folks, but not always easy to find.

Lots and lots of furniture - none that I would ever want but I did see a lot of college kids shopping to furnish their apartments. Store is rather dirty and junkie but good for bargains....I guess.

Smelled VERY heavily of cigarette smoke. They had a decent selection of items and it was somewhat organized. Prices were not clear on a lot of items. Everything seemed filthy and overpriced.

This is hands down the BEST thrift store for the best cause in the Richmond area. Always a great selection, awesome book/music/media section, lots of furniture and really friendly staff who go out of their way to help. I live out of state but I always make time to stop here...

Hands down, my FAVORITE thrift store. Always find some amazing stuff, and since it's right next to VCU there's always cool art supplies.
