I've only gotten good to baseline CS from two ladies here, been twice and may not go again. One other woman was below baseline- no smile, thank you or pardon me when stocking the floor. I left. Also no cooling or even fans, this makes a difference in hot (and smoky environment- ex: the raging fires) weather. Organization...eeek: but I think its more space and layout; not much shopping room. Some good finds 'tho, but I won't be back anytime soon due to the whole vibe and the below standard other either employee or volunteer.
