Ventura County Rescue Mission Thrift Store

I, too, laughed at first comment! Friendly? NOT! No smiles ever! We refer to this store as the one where the clerks do not smile BUT great pricing on items I look for, especially stuffed animals! Their linen section is worth rummaging through...not a big selection in dish sets...well worth the stop, despite the 'no smiles' policy! :)

Great selection- always finding special treasures here. If you go here often, the staff remembers you and they are quite friendly. Not always clean but it's a thrift shop not Tiffany's! Get over it!.You wash the clothes you get first thing you get home anyway, I hope!

I was laughing at the first comment staff is a treat... when was the last time you saw one of them smiling... better yet thanking you? Anyway, prices are decent and good selection.

BIG store with outstanding selection and organization; beware, no price tag - no sale; repricing takes 3 days; volume of offerings makes this a "sure find" store.

great place, fair prices, gets kind of crowded sometimes, huge store, biggest i have ever seen.

i have no idea what that last person experienced but this place is not a 5. but this place was dirrrrty and i am a thrift addict. prices were avg. jeans $7, pyrex $7.
