They are open Tuesday- Saturday for most of the year (I think it is T-F during summer time) but the hours are incorrect, they are open longer so call the church before heading over. It is very well organized, the prices are reasonable (not super-cheap but very fair) and the store is immaculately clean. I love to browse and never know what I am going to find. They have several sales during the year where they sell everything in the store for 50% off. Also, Wednesdays (and maybe Saturdays, call to ask) all clothes are 50% off. This store is a gem and one of my top three thrift stores in Marion, Sumter, Lake and Alachua counties. I (almost) don't want people to know about this great store. Tell them Linda told you to go.
