All Houston-region GWs are overpriced. This one's still viewed as the crown of the area, even though it's gone way downhill over the last ~5 years. Far better resale shops exist than GW, this one particularly.

I shop a lot for my business and many of Goodwill's prices are too high on decor items. Some items are priced near and sometimes more than if purchased on sale at a home decor store.
