I love this store. Only thrift store in town to have a half off sale every single month. By Far the best furniture in town, not that cheap junk you find at other thrift stores. Oh, and the staff are real cool people too! They don't allow junk in the store and it is so organized and clean you can't even tell the clothing is used

Growing up, thrift stores had character and interesting things. The clerks acknowledged you and even knew your name. Zootown Thrift has all of this and more. Cute and current clothes, antiques and great furniture. Thanks!

I love the quality here. The hidden treasures and the new merchandise are updated on a frequent basis. The owners provide amazing customer service. You can tell they've taken the time to really get to know their customers. It's not just a thrift store. They've also included a room full of beautiful antiques, as well. I love being able to support a local business that believes in paying it forward, too.

I have never had a clerk look up from the counter and greet me when I walk in. I have also had clerks not speak to me (talking to other employees) when I am actually purchasing items. Prices are very high for a thrift store. There are too many thrift stores in town to be treated this poorly.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! I respect policies such as cash only, but cashiers rarely speak when you walk in. When I mentioned to one that I felt their prices were high for a thrift store, he replied "we are not a thrift store," therefore I guess the name "Zootown Thrift" should be changed to maybe "Zootown Overpriced Junk." Just a suggestion..
