I dropped off some items today and this is the very first time I encountered a rude person working there. I always take stuff there because of their mission. RAL is a great organization!

I like that the proceeds go to help animals. More people need to donate to this thrift so that there will be a better selection of merchandise. What they have is very nice just need more. Prices are average to a little high - but it's for the animals so okay with me.

I found this store disappointing, they were too much into "Collectibles" and less into junk. I didn't find much that was collectible though, old Ukrop's giveaway dishes are not really collectible. I didn't like them when they were being given away, and I still don't like them!

Reuse opened in late 2010 and is off to a good start. The store has lots of books and DVD, as well as some really nice housewares. It is clean and I have found it easy to find items. All proceeds support the Richmond Animal League.
