For years I thought the proceeds from my local thrift shop (this one) were going to needy families in town. Now I've found out proceeds are donated to various national organizations, which annoyed me as I believe in supporting my own community. Also, the volunteers have first dibs at anything brought in for donation, before being priced and put on shelves. Ugh.

Small shop run by adorable little old ladies. Mostly home decor items of decent to better quality.

Prices have gone sky-high! Like antique store prices. $15 for a Mouli grater, and $25 for a broken ice cream scoop.

Very small one-room shop with a very small selection of just about everything you'd expect at a thrift store. Prices are great, if you are lucky to find something that interests you.

Shop rather small. Parking is limited. Could be a little more organized with display of clothing. Pricing is slightly high. Fashion is not always current Would suggest a weekly color code system to keep stock moving in and out.
