volunteers do best they can in large space with many customers pawing over things. Huge bins this thrift takes in lots of clothing, electronics, furniture. Racks well organized but bricabrac area often a wreck. Worth a looksee especially if need cheap furniture
The managers are really good and helpful (especially if you're nice to them too), but some of the staff are awful and are to be avoided. Selection is usually pretty great, and there are several mirrors so you can try on stuff to get an idea of how it fits.
I agree that the customer service there is terrible. If something is missing a tag (like it fell off) they won't tell you the price, they simply won't sell it to you. But so long as you don't need to speak with anyone, and you have free time to dig around, you can find a few cool items there of value.
The staff is the rudest EVER! They are completely disorganized and hold you up to wait in line 20 minutes just to check a price. Not only that they messed up credit card transactions for other customers and let regulars cut in line. Then if you have any questions about the mistreatment of customers they yell loudly at you. Really it was the worst experience I've ever had. But it's pretty big and you might find something if you are willing to pay a little more for it.
