I have visited this store twice since May 2015. Each time I have found the store to be very clean and well organized. The cashier told me they came under new management in Jan 2015 and are being held to a high standard. I usually only purchase clothes and find the pricing to be excellent ($3 shirts, $5 blazers). They only display the best looking shoes. Even their kitchen goods and decorative items are displayed in an organized fashion. Floors are white tile and shelves are white. It always appears clean. If you go early when they open, you may be one of only a few shoppers. It gets more crowded in the afternoon. Great selection of clothes and good brands.
