It's the bins. They just say rubbish, a.k.a, trash bins, and it's a terrible way to display goods.They even throw belts in them. Just a lazy way to handle items. Other thrift stores make an effort to make items appealing and the store pleasant. GCF is mainly in the business of making money. Just see how much they pay their Executive Director.
