The prices of their goods are way too high. I seen a cat scratching post there for 15.00 and the exact same scratching post at Wal-mart was only 11.99. Customer service was lacking in smiles and service. I will never go back to this thrift store. I'd rather just donate the money to Safe Haven directly.

This is the absolute perfect shop - all proceeds go to SAFE Haven "no kill" animal shelter. It's a wonderful cause. Each time I visit, the staff, the manager & volunteers are so kind, considerate & helpful. Their items are varied & I have purchased some really nice items in the shop. It is always clean, neat, organized & wow, the best in all of New Mexico. Thanks to each of you working there in making this such a wonderful experience!!!

Really great place! I bring my dog and they have dog treats at the front counter. The selection is nice and it always smells like candles. Prices are really good, too.

This store gets lots of variety and great donations! I love that this supports our helpless animals. Every time I need something, rake, vacuum, a sweatshirt, etc they keep their eyes open for me. Very. Lean store as well.

This store has made an amazing turn around since Cassandra Lockwood took over. She has a great eye for special mdse and with her ties to the community, she is able to raise money for the animals that desperately need the shelter.

I was unsure of the price on an item. Manager approached me and offered assistance. She was helpful and friendly. I will shop there again thanks to Cassie.

Went to their grand opening for what, to see chamber of commerce there . they do not shop at that store why are they even there is it because of director is a member. Come on safe haven spend your money on other things, will not shop there anymore.

This was the best thrift shop I shopped at today out of 3. Customer service was good once I engaged them. It's small and in an older building, so it gives it the appearance of not being clean. But, it is. Selection was fair, would like to see more furniture pieces. But, I'm sure good things go fast. Pricing is a bit high also. I'm used to Indiana prices I suppose, because this one was only a little bit cheaper than the other 2. That being said, I'll return again a few more times to see what else comes through the door.

As with any resale shop you have to make sure the items are in a condition you are willing to pay the price for. I have been pleased to receive additional discounts at the check out counter for sales I was not aware they were having and I always remember the money spent is going to a very worthy charity.

Great prices!! Today I went in and everything was 1/2 off...I got a dress, skirt, shoes, 3 belts and 2 bags for $3.75. This isn't crappy throw away stuff either! (New York and Co, Naturalizer)

Hit or miss, I have found identical items with a $2 price difference so they need to be more consistent.
