2025 update: They have stopped stapling prices to the clothing items, they use plastic barb hanging tags now. They have also stopped writing prices on items, they have sticker price tags now. They could use some better shopping carts, since the ones they have are old Kmart carts that are difficult to push. The selection is ever changing at this store, which makes it a thrill to shop often, since you never know what you are going to find. They are continually putting out fresh inventory. The cashiers are friendly. The store layout is very organized. The selections include current fashions, as well as vintage items. The pricing is fair. They offer 25%, 50%, and 75% off color tagged items. They also offer a rewards card, so you can earn points for each purchase to save off from future orders. I’m never disappointed here!

One of the few places that you can find decent prices on quality, name brands. They have a great system of rotating goods. Nothing stays longer than 6 weeks. On it's 5th week, it is 50% off and on it's 6th week, it is 75% off. The last Tuesday of the month is half off the entire store.

I enjoy the store as it has a very large inventory and generally good prices. However the store has two big drawbacks in expensive clothes and prices on written on items with a marker.

I love shopping here. I've found lots of great things at great prices and the staff is friendly.

This is my favorite Lansing thrift store! Great selection, very clean, well organized, and fair pricing. My only problem is that clothing tags are attached with staples, which may leave holes if not removed carefully.

Big store-roomy aisles, wierd prices that they print right on the items. Nice selection.

VOA is my place to go. I always find amazing prices on great clothes!
