I think it can be a lot better. I feel like the staff caters to their own nationality. Customer service is poor and they talk about customers while other customers are in the store. I unerstand they are a thrift store but it's still a business that services a community more then one ethnic culture. Also I really don't understand what their mission is but because I believe in the greater good of supporting my community because their is always room for growth in everything and everyone.
