Goodwill Industries Thrift Store

Damaged "new" in box items which they will not accept returns on. Not my idea of a thrift store.I hope this is not a glimpse of things to come for Goodwills. What a shame, good location but a waste of space.

There are a lot of New in Box Items at the store, not what I am wanting when I go to a thrift store. There was only 1 cashier available, we had to wait in line for approximately 15 minutes. While we were there, 1 of the workers was talking on a Cell Phone Very Loudly.

Years ago, I came to this store several times a month--now, I go 3 or so times a YEAR. Nearly half the store are new boxed items with broken or missing pieces. Where's a good selection of plus size? Almost no toys--Lancaster has kids--where's the good used toys? There are far better Goodwill stores up north that use color coded price tags and keep their merchandise moving. This was once a great store--not so much now!

Lots of clothes, good variety overall. Great prices. Very limited plus size selection. Store itself was clean, but a lot of the clothes smelled like cigarettes.

Mostly new stuff - there's a second store right next door that doesn't take credit cards; I was told that those things are all damaged? Not a very pleasant clerk.

I LOVE this thrift store! Its amazing the things you can find here and the prices are great!! My new favorite store! :)

I've had fairly good luck with finding nice stuff here. I really appreciate how well organized the store is-makes shopping much easier. I tend to shop here more than other thrift stores because of the ease of shopping.

I love shopping at this store mainly because you can find good buys and the staff is great!
