I have shopped here off an on, but have found goodwill stores to have changed their philosophy and really not for the better. Prices were reasonable many years ago, but have found them to continue to rise way to high, as an example, on many of my shopping adventures I have found many items, used of course, to be priced 100% higher than brand new prices of the same exact item, I know this for a fact as I own these items I have found at the goodwill stores. I would say they seem to be greedy, an if price is missing on item, to bad so sad you don't get it. Salvation Army is so much better, they have a solid spiritual foundation and are helping peoples lives, on a personal level, and they have GREAT! sales. Goodwill has established there own pattern, and losing a lot of customers!
The times I've shopped at this Goodwill have been positive overall. I typically do not buy clothes here as I do feel they are overpriced for a thrift store and I would love to see sales at Goodwill. For other items, some are a bit higher priced than other thrift store but are mostly fair. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. Also, when I find something without a price I ask an employee or ask at the register and have usually gotten a low price. If it's higher and I don't feel it's worth it, I put it back and pretend I didn't see it in the first place :)
This goodwill is very high priced in my opinion. Very dirty items, no organization, and many items not marked with a price. I find most goodwill stores in Nebraska to be this way, some better than others. Colorado has very nice sales, (different color tag every day or section of items 50% off) Never see special sales at goodwill in Nebraska
Not impressed. Over all not a business I support. Was looking for inexpensive work clothes and was able to get better prices on new stuff on clearence at retail shops. I give and shop at The Salvation Army.
