This large thrift has lots of everything and really good deals. The only real problem I have is that the prices for furniture are outrageous. More like antique store prices than thrift store ones.
I've been to this store on and off for several years. It's always clean and well-lit, and the staff has always been mostly friendly and courteous. The prices on clothing are about what I would expect for this type of store. When I stopped in on 1/21/15, they were having a sale on dress pants for $1.00. The clothing items are clean and not worn out. The sections upstairs are devoted to books, houseware items, exercise equipment, and all sorts of holiday items. Prices on non-clothing items vary greatly; most are reasonable, but some are rather outrageous. Still a good place to go if you have the time to search a bit.
This is THE thrift store in this area for items on the cheap. Lots of junk, but plenty of treasures - so plan on taking your time. A recent spruce-up of the lower level really perked-up this aging store. The key to this store is that they really do cater to those in need, and their prices are set accordingly.
They have an ENORMOUS used book selection! This is a 2-story thrift store with books, records, knick-knacks and art upstairs, clothing and furniture downstairs. GREAT prices, nice people. One warning, if you are there 15 minutes before they close, they do pretty much turn the lights out on you, but you can't beat the deals here.
