I have visited Thrift Stores in other areas and they are MUCH BETTER than the ones in Dover DE

Target OS is priced higher than if you bought it on clearance at Target. Employees are allowed to cherry pick while on the clock. Bargains to be had anyway....just have to look a little harder.

Located near better neighborhoods, so more stuff gets brought in....seems like a lot of Pampered Chef type stuff, breadmakers, etc.
