Used to work here. they rip off the vets as they over fill carts as that is how the vets get paid is by how many carts. A lot of good items are thrown away, so if you are a donor beware of that. Management is rude tempermental and causes a lot of turnover. Over priced items a lot of times cause they are competing with the Northglen store.
No dressing rooms!! One bathroom that an attendant has to let you in. No checks or credit cards. CASH ONLY! Employees seem to change almost weekly. Watch out in the parking lot. People drive like they don't have good sense. Very clean store.
I used to shop there when it was a hugh m woods so that makes me a 3 decade shopper. when they are on there game(I dont buy clothes there) they have the best selection of goods in town. nice cashiers & furniture people. just remember they close at 6:00
I do not many nice things to say. The air conditioning was nice on a hot day and it was well lite. The space between the aisles was nice. Two people could shop them. Cash only, no returns or exchanges, rude employees, organized by color not by size so if you are going to shop plan on being there a long time. Prices were pretty cheap and quality was good but the rest of it prevented me from spending/wasting my time there. I won't go back.
Massive inventory, but clothes shopping is difficult with no dressing rooms and no returns. Prices are high on household things, but good sales on Sat. VERY crowded on sale days. Somewhat dirty.
I was amazed at the size and good value from this store. I bought a HUGE bag of about 10 excellent condition children's books for under $4. It can be a bit crazy on Senior Day & Saturday's are 50% off everything (so I'm told)..yet bring your cash because they do not accept debit/credit cards! Definately a great thrift stop.
