Selection: Great! I always leave with big bag of stuff. ALWAYS. Prices: Could be better I find myself shopping the tags that are on sale only so that I can get a better deal. Much better than Goodwill I must say. Organization: Needs much improvement. No organization by size in the clothing section. I had to literally scour every pair of jeans just to find the ones that were my size. It wasn't like this couple of months ago... Customer Service: Usually not necessary for me... Cleanliness: One of the cleaner thrift stores I've been to.

Purchased a cashmere long coat from lawrenceville value village, with a tear around the pocket(in the fabric). Thought to have repaired, since paid nothing for the coat. Decide not & Take coat to memorial drive, because its closer to where I live. stopped in store to see if I could return (Told, only an exchange). Returned a few weeks later manager wrote out voucher($6.29). looking thru the coats a few weeks later, cashmere coat was there still ripped and now tagged @ $16.29, WOW thats interesting!! Month later, go to same store to use the voucher. Only to find I needed to use it the day I returned the coat. (Thought manager was the same guy that gave me voucher) He snapped that "he wasn't the one who wrote it". At this point Customer Svc, SUCKS!! He further informed me that I had to use it that day. I told him It would have been nice if the person who gave it to me would have told me that. Rather than watch me walk from the counter out of the store. How would I know store policy!!! Oh well, can u say "Store donation". I left the voucher and the store. Now, lets tally up.... Value village received a damaged coat (purchased like that, mind you) listed at $6.29 - marked it up to $16.29 and refused to honor voucher worth $6.29 = these people made a cool $22.58 off of damaged goods. I find that incorrect.... Run from Memorial Drive location - FIND ANOTHER VALUE VILLAGE TO purchase with your hard earned money!!! CROOKS...
