What happened to the good in Goodwill? They do NOT honor vouchers for the poor anymore.

This place is overpriced for used items. I understand they are priced high to pay employees, fund organizations, etc; but it's a little ridiculous to charge almost three times the price it originally cost new at Target, before Target donated it because it didn't sell on clearance at their store.
