Goodwill Garfield Heights Retail Store

Stopped shopping at this one a while ago. Just really bad pricing. Lots of literal junk that isn't worth putting on the floor, but they will price it high, move it around etc..etc.. Hint, just throw it in the garbage sometimes. It's ok.

I wonder how many items that are donated never make it into the store but are scooped up by the staff.

Checkout clerk was very friendly and helpful. Cool selection of DVDs -- lots of thrift stores don't have ANY.

I think they forget that people donate items so someone else can be helped. I find most of the prices outrageous, especially for furniture. I prefer older furniture to whats being made today, and I'm always looking for a bargin, but you won't find bargins at Goodwill. I might as well buy brand new. People on a budget or in need can not afford to buy any of their furniture items. I would never donate anything to the Goodwill. I give to neighbors and friends, and the City Mission, that's what helping thosre in need means.

Been to almost every thrift store around.They need to do a better job with this store.The clothes seem to be on the older side so you have to watch for the tears and stains.I think the prices are higher than other thrift stores.I don't like the smell of the store when you walk in...
