I have shopped here, and the neighborhood is not bad. My niece lives in the area. However, as in any city it is wise to use your best discretion!

Can someone please tell me what the neighborhood is like? I went past, but it was very scary, so I didn't get out. Seemed okay until we got south of the tracks at 49th.
