Employees were helpful and pleasant. The only thing I didn't like is that one of the higher priced coats had the price marked on the maker's label. This makes it absolutely unusable for resale. It's a gorgeous cashmere coat but I can't resell it with $25.00 written right at the neckline on the tag. Employees were like, "Well, that's the way it is!" Like it or not, your biggest customers are probably people who resell on eBay or other online sites. I appreciate cleanliness, friendliness and time to browse without being bothered by inquiries. I filled a basket and was pleased with all the items I purchased.
