Even though this store has moved locations, the prices are still sky high! It's laughable that they expect someone to pay $4 for a bag of kitty litter that is half used. Very rude associates. I get that they allow mentally challenged people to work there, but they are just belligerent and cannot comprehend pricing.
This thrift store falls under the TOTALLY INSANE category. they have a "boutique" where they overprice any little thing that might be antique or collectible, beyond even what a legit antique store would price items at. Also? they love to overprice anything they consider vintage - I found an average dress on the racks that didn't have a tag, and of course when I took it to the counter along with other $4-6 dollar dresses found on the same rack, I was told "it's vintage" and it was 3x the price. Also? they have dogs walking around the store, which is lovely. except for that one time I was backing down an aisle with my cart and stepped RIGHT INTO a fresh puddle of dog pee. I do not shop at this "thrift" store anymore.
Used to be a wonderful store. Now has the most ridiculously high prices I've ever seen on used items. $68 on a large, old picture, $15 on small framed moldy pictures; pricing ruined the store. I used to go very frequently and loved supporting the SPCA, since new high prices I will not go back.
I agree: very high prices. Some of the staff are unkind to children and rude to customers. The volunteers are cheerful though! Diverse assortment of goods, but again over-priced generally.
